2025 Program Performance

In 2025, CREST recruited and matched 19 Interns with leading CRE firms in Boston.

The CREST Class of 2025 included its first students from Bryant University, Clemson University, Georgia State University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the University of Georgia.

CREST Interns thoroughly enjoyed and greatly benefited from

Industry events hosted by the CoreNet Global New England Chapter, CREW Boston, GBREB, NAIOP, and ULI.

80+ CREST/CVP Academy alumni are working in the commercial real estate industry full time.

Professional Development

CREST interns learn directly from CRE leaders about the cross-section of disciplines in the industry. Additionally, the program offers professional presentation skills and personal development coaching. Students benefit from networking with industry professionals, memberships to industry associations and access to a wide range of resources during the 10 week CREST program.
