A CREST alumna, Hermela interned at MIT Investment Management Company and later with the Boston Celtics. These experiences sparked her interest in the intersection of real estate and the entertainment industry. She is committed to supporting candidates as they navigate their own paths to success. In her spare time, Hermela enjoys traveling and engaging in conversations about media and sports. Hermela leads CREST’s recruiting efforts.
